Dear pet parents,

We are thrilled to share some very big news: Luckydog has been selected as a national finalist for the IBPSA Pet Care Business Excellence Awards!

This recognition is a tremendous honor — and one that means so much to our entire team. Here’s why:

• Unsolicited nomination: This is our second nomination from a respected industry veteran who works with dog care facilities across the nation.

• Rigorous review process: Finalists are evaluated on comprehensive criteria including safety, operations, staff education, customer service, and overall impact in the pet care industry.

• High standards: These awards are presented by the International Boarding & Pet Services Association (IBPSA), an organization committed to advancing and setting high standards in professional pet care.

Over the past 7+ years, Luckydog has been completely transformed — with the help of our highly trained management team — into a truly dog-centric facility. Every decision we make begins and ends with one question: what is best for the dogs? That philosophy is the foundation of who we are today.

To be recognized at this level — on a national stage, alongside some of the best in the industry — is truly humbling. Stacey and I will be attending the Awards Ceremony in New Jersey in late September, where Luckydog and our incredible team will be highlighted for our accomplishments.

I want to take a moment to shine a spotlight on our amazing leadership team — Stacey, Joci, and Jill. Their dedication, expertise, and passion have helped shape Luckydog into the facility it is today. This honor is as much about them (and our entire staff family) as it is about the business itself.

Most of all, we couldn’t do this without you — our pet parents — who entrust us with your beloved dogs every day. Thank you for being part of the Luckydog family and for supporting us on this journey.
