Dogs of the Month: Lulu & Aspen K.

These sweet cousins have been part of the Luckydog family since 2024, and we can’t imagine it here without them! While they’re both big fans of snuggles and tasty snacks, they each shine in their own way.
Aspen is a true explorer, loving every minute of our Private Park Adventures, while Lulu prefers hitting the books in Personalized Enrichment and Canine Academy programs. Despite being almost inseparable, Aspen enjoys zooming with her friends Hank W. and Gertie C., while Lulu loves bouts of play with Hamilton R. and Teddy R.. These two bring so much joy and heart to every visit, and we’re thrilled to celebrate them this month!

Memberships are here! If your dog attends daycare four or more times per month, enrolling in a membership is a smart way to unlock built-in discounts on services you’re already using. It’s also a great way to access new perks designed to support your dog’s health, happiness, and enrichment. Our membership plans were designed to reward consistency, support our hardworking team, and help to maintain the exceptional standard of care you’ve come to expect from Luckydog.

Each tier includes prepaid daycare credits, discounts on lodging, enrichment, adventures, and retail, plus priority booking for high-demand services. Of course, memberships are always optional—you’re welcome to stick with standard pricing and book as needed. We’ve also updated our à la carte pricing to reflect the quality and level of service provided across all departments.

Seasonal Grooming Tip: Stay Ahead of Foxtails

Foxtail season is here, and a good grooming routine can play a key role in keeping your dog safe. Foxtails can burrow into a dog’s skin and lead to serious complications, especially when caught between toes, in the ears, or under the fur. One of the best ways to reduce this risk is by keeping your dog’s coat trimmed—especially around the paws, face, and ears.

After hikes or outdoor play, always give your dog a quick once-over, checking for any foxtails caught in their coat. Protective gear like booties, goggles, or a light vest may also help during high-risk outings. If you notice a foxtail stuck in your dog’s fur, remove it gently with tweezers, and contact your veterinarian if it's embedded.
