March brings the start of spring momentum at Luckydog. We’re preparing for the return of pool season, gearing up for Spring Break, and adding a few seasonal touches along the way. 

In this month’s newsletter, you’ll meet our Dogs of the Month, Tucker and Maple, get details on our heated pool’s re-opening and Early Bird swim special, plan ahead for Spring Break stays, and learn about our St. Patrick’s Day bundle and featured retail item. Dogs of the Month: Tucker & Maple K.

Tucker has been part of the Luckydog community since 2018, and Maple joined the family in 2023. Having grown up with us, these two truly know how to make the most of their days.

Tucker is best known for sunbathing belly-up whenever the opportunity presents itself, taking full advantage of every sunny day. Maple, on the other hand, has become famous for holding hands with our team (be sure to check out the Instagram reel linked here).

Whether they’re playing with Cici K., cuddling with Watson M., or sharing a bed with Waylon N., Tucker and Maple bring an easy, joyful energy to every group. We’re lucky to have watched them grow up here—and even luckier to spend our days with them.

Pool Season Soft Opening – March 23

We’re excited to kick off pool season with a soft opening beginning March 23; just in time for Spring Break! Our heated pool will be ready for structured, 1-on-1 swim sessions designed to provide low-impact exercise, confidence building, and thoughtful enrichment.

New this season, we’ve added a ramp for easier entry and exit. This option can be especially helpful for dogs who are nervous, less experienced in the water, or have been hesitant during past swim sessions.

We’re also offering our Early Bird Swim Special: $5 off each swim session (in addition to regular membership discounting) through the end of April. Swim slots tend to fill quickly this time of year, so we encourage you to reserve early to secure your preferred dates.

Spring Break is right around the corner, and our lodging availability is filling up! If you’re planning a trip and will need a stay for your dog, we encourage booking as soon as possible. We anticipate being fully reserved for most suite options.

You may have noticed that we recently tested an automated answering system on our main line. We were optimistic that the technology was ready to better support our clients and help streamline communication. After a trial, it became clear that it needs a bit more refinement before it truly meets our standards.

Get into the Lucky spirit with our St. Patrick’s Day Shamrock Shake! This festive treat blends spirulina, peanut butter, and Greek yogurt into a fun seasonal add-on your dog won’t want to miss. Each Shamrock Shake also includes a themed photo op and a Lucky Pup Pic to capture and share the celebration.
