International Boarding & Pet Services Association Announces 

2025 IBBY Award Finalist

Also known as the Pet Care Business Excellence Awards, the IBBYs honor businesses that are raising the bar for professionalism and success in the pet care services industry.

August 19th 2025  The International Boarding & Pet Services Association (IBPSA) is pleased to announce this year’s finalists of the Pet Care Business Excellence Awards, nicknamed the IBBYs. The IBBYs are awarded to individuals or organizations that demonstrate excellence in areas such as vision and leadership, animal welfare, company culture, customer service, community involvement and an ongoing commitment to learning, growth and development.

"We are excited that for the 7th year of these prestigious awards, where the industry standards continue to be raised, competition is still strong, and the criteria for qualification is even higher."

IBPSA is proud to congratulate Luckydog Day & Night Care of Springfield, OR on their selection as a Finalist in the Medium Facility Provider category of the 2025 IBBY Awards.

To be considered for an IBBY Award, individuals and organizations must first be nominated by their fellow IBPSA Members and then submit a video to share their thoughts on how they/their business best meet the IBBY criteria of excellence and provide a video walk-through of their facility if applicable. The IBPSA IBBY Selection Committee reviews and scores all submitted videos, then meets to confirm three finalists from each category and determine the winner. 2025’s IBBY Award finalists will be presented, and winners will be announced, at IBPSA's Annual Conference, The Forum, held September 21-23 in Iselin, New Jersey.
