Dive into Confidence: Customized Swim Experiences for Dogs

Each swim session includes 20 minutes of one-on-one time with a trained member of our team, tailored to your dog’s individual needs and comfort level. Whether your pup is a confident swimmer or just getting their paws wet, we move at their pace—using positive reinforcement and force-free methods to create a fun, safe, and confidence-building experience.

Our program was developed by Stacey, our Certified Positive Reinforcement Trainer and Daycare Manager, who brings over 10,000 hours and nearly a decade of hands-on experience working directly with dogs in professional care.
With toys, treats, and plenty of encouragement, our dedicated staff works to find what helps your dog thrive—whether it's building excitement through play or rewarding exploration. Because sessions are personalized, the pool is a great fit for virtually all dogs.

We also prioritize safety with life vests for all sizes and attentive staff present at all times, making this a uniquely enriching opportunity for both mental and physical stimulation—setting the stage for your pup to be happy and fulfilled after every visit.

Our pool is heated for comfort and meticulously maintained, with multiple water quality tests each day to help ensure a clean, safe environment.

We carry quality dog-specific life vests of all sizes and maintain one-on-one supervision throughout the session so your dog is always supported.

We pride ourselves on open and thoughtful communication with pet parents. If your dog is building confidence or would benefit from a different approach, we’ll keep you updated and adjust the session as needed.

Swim sessions are available Monday-Friday as an add-on to daycare or lodging only.
Each session includes 20 minutes of swim time, starting when your dog reaches the pool deck.
All sessions are one-on-one to keep the experience personal, safe, and tailored to your dog's needs.

Can I watch my dog swim?

Yes! You can view live streams of our play yards through our app or by logging into your profile when your dog is checked in. While we can’t guarantee an exact swim time, we’re often able to provide a general window when the pool will be in use.

What are the health requirements for swim sessions?

All dogs must be in good health and current on our required vaccines to participate in swim sessions. If your dog has any recent injuries or medical concerns, please let us know before booking. More information about our health and wellness requirements can be found here.

Can my dog swim if they don’t attend daycare?

At this time, swim sessions are only available to dogs enrolled in our daycare program due to our facility set-up.

What if my dog has never swum before?

First-timers are absolutely welcome! We tailor every session to your dog’s comfort level and never force them into the water. Some dogs become confident swimmers in just a few sessions.

Can I book recurring swim sessions?

Yes! Recurring swim sessions help maintain consistency and allow us to prioritize your pup’s spot in the pool. Please complete our swim session request form, and we will be in touch regarding scheduling!

Are there seasonal closures for the pool?

Yes, our pool is open seasonally and will be closed during colder months and inclement weather. We’ll communicate closure dates in advance and adjust schedules accordingly.

Can my dogs swim together or with a friend?

For safety reasons, our swim sessions are one-on-one only. Only one dog is allowed in the pool at a time to help keep everyone safe.

What if my dog doesn’t want to get in the pool?

That’s okay! We work at each dog’s pace and use positive reinforcement to help build their confidence to jump in the pool on their own. Some dogs take a few sessions to warm up, and that’s perfectly normal.

Do you offer rehabilitative or therapeutic swim sessions?

Our swim sessions are focused on fun and enrichment. We do not offer therapeutic or rehabilitative swim services. If your dog needs rehab-focused aquatic therapy, we recommend speaking with your veterinarian.

My dog is older, can they still participate?

Many older dogs enjoy the low-impact nature of swimming! That said, all dogs must be in good health and mobile enough to enter and exit the pool with our assistance. Let us know if your dog has any special needs so we can evaluate suitability on a case-by-case basis.
