







Luckydog Membership Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: May 19, 2025
These Membership Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) and Comprehensive Canine LLC, doing business as Luckydog Day & Night Care (“Luckydog,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your participation in the Luckydog Membership Program (“Membership”). By enrolling in a Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership Overview
Luckydog offers recurring Memberships that provide exclusive access to bundled daycare services and discounts on eligible add-on services. Membership tiers vary in pricing, included daycare days, and benefits. A complete description of current offerings is available on our website and may be updated periodically at our discretion.
Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis unless canceled or modified in accordance with these Terms.
2. Billing & Payment
2.1 Automatic Billing
By enrolling in a Membership, you authorize Luckydog to charge the payment method on file each month on your enrollment date (or the nearest business day if your billing date falls on a weekend or holiday).
2.2 Non-Refundability
All Membership fees are non-refundable once charged, regardless of usage. Members may request to modify or cancel their Membership at any time for the following month, but no retroactive changes or credits will be issued.
2.3 Payment AuthorizationYou represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to keep it current at all times while enrolled.
3. Usage & Expiration
3.1 Monthly Visit Allowance
Each membership tier includes a set number of daycare visits that must be used within 31 days of the purchase date. Visits do not accumulate or extend beyond this timeframe.
3.2 No Rollover
Unused visits and membership discounts do not carry over to future months and hold no cash value.
3.3 Medical Exceptions
If your dog is unable to attend due to illness or injury, Luckydog may consider a one-time adjustment at its sole discretion. A note from a licensed veterinarian may be required.
4. Add-On Services
4.1 Eligibility
Membership discounts apply only to designated services including, but not limited to, swim sessions, Off-Leash Adventures, Riverwalks, leash training, and private training, subject to availability.
4.2 Booking Requirements
Add-on services must be scheduled separately and within the same calendar month to receive applicable discounts.
4.3 Seasonal Limitations
Certain services (e.g., swim sessions) are seasonal and limited in capacity. While Members receive booking priority, availability is not guaranteed.
5. Recurring Reservations
5.1 Scheduling Convenience
Upon request, Luckydog may assist in setting up recurring reservations for daycare and/or add-ons based on availability and the Member’s preferred schedule.
5.2 Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations to scheduled services must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture or fees.
In accordance with Luckydog’s service guidelines, no credits or refunds will be issued for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, including no-shows.
– For daycare services, if a scheduled visit is missed or not canceled within the required window, that day will be deducted from the Member’s monthly daycare credits.
– For add-on services, which do not draw from credits, the full value of the scheduled service—at the Member’s discounted rate—will be charged if not canceled in time.
Any additional daycare days beyond the Membership allotment will be charged at the Member’s discounted daily rate and are also subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy.
6. Membership Modifications & Cancellations
6.1 Modifications
Members may request changes to their Membership tier at any time. Requested changes will take effect on the next billing cycle.
6.2 Cancellation
Memberships may be canceled at any time and will remain active through the current paid month. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
7. Non-Transferability & Termination
7.1 Non-Transferable
Memberships are non-transferable and may be used only by the dog(s) enrolled at the time of registration.
7.2 Suspension or Termination by Luckydog
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Membership at our discretion, including but not limited to behavioral issues that compromise the safety of other dogs or staff. If terminated, a prorated refund may be issued for any unused services at Luckydog’s sole discretion.
8. Program Changes
Comprehensive Canine LLC dba Luckydog Day & Night Care reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Membership Program, or revise these Terms, at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated via email and/or posted on our website. Continued use of your Membership following such changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Comprehensive Canine LLC dba Luckydog Day & Night Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your participation in the Membership Program.
