| Evaluation All of our dogs and their owners are required to participate in an initial evaluation. During our evaluation your dog will be tested for attitude and basic handling (paws, ears, mouth and handling of body). All dogs must pass our evaluation to assure that they are people- and dog- friendly. Please contact us in advance to schedule your 30-35 minute evaluation and facility tour. |

Hours Monday - Friday (daycare and boarding) Our front office is closed between 10:00AM and 2:00PM. We are all focused on your dog’s activities during this time, so please respect this policy and plan accordingly. Dogs that are not picked up by 6 p.m. and not scheduled to board over night will be required to stay the night and be charged the boarding rate. Luckydog night care clients checking out prior to 10:00 a.m. on weekdays will not be charged for daycare. If checkout is after 10:00 a.m. you will be charged a full daycare. |

| Cancellation Cancellations for day and night care with less than 24-hour notice and no- shows will be charged the full day/night care fee for their dog’s reserved stay. Reservations made less than 3 days from scheduled check-in date are final as of 6:00 p.m. on the day they were made. A credit card is required for all reservations. NOVEMBER, DECEMBER AND JANUARY HOLIDAY RESERVATION PERIOD: When making your holiday reservations for periods of November 22-27 and December 22-January 2, please be advised that 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your reservation. If holiday reservations are cancelled less than 14 days of scheduled arrival date the full balance of the reservation will be charged in its entirety. |
