Q. How old does my dog have to be to attend day care?
A. All dogs must be at least 4 months of age or older

Q. Does your outside area have grass?
A. No. Grass would soon turn to mud and becomes unsanitary. Our outdoor surfaces are pea gravel for ease of cleaning and safety. Our indoor play place is equipped with tenderfoot matting which is non-porous rubber flooring especially for dog daycare facilities. Even though your dog is used to eliminating on grass, dogs are pretty adaptable and figure out that this is the place that they are supposed to go.

Q. My dog is older. I'd like him to get some play time but all day may be too much. What can you do for older, less active dogs?
A. We try to be as flexible as possible and meet the needs of all types of dogs and any special requests.

Q. Is daycare safe for my dog?
A. At luckydog, health and safety are our top priority. Our playgroups are supervised 100% of the time to ensure the safety of each and every luckydog. Our staff members are Pet Technicians certified through the American Boarding Kennel Association, have completed pet CPR and first aid, and attend extensive training in animal behavior annually.

Q. How late in the day can I schedule Pet Taxi?
A. Pet Taxi can be scheduled up until 4:00PM.
